Sounds like an infection. See your GP.
Might want to return with to a doctor and get that checked out so you can take treatment, especially since it could be something contagious.

It could be chicken pox or a herpies virus, go to the docs as both contagious.

a friend told me that a imprudent under your arm is a sign of syphillis..dont know if its true probally not..
