Why would you NOT own a lapband procedure?

Why would you NOT own a lapband procedure?
In what I have read it doesn't tender the possibility for enough mass loss. I think several people will still be overweight, or even still obese next to the Lapband. I don't think the benefit outweighs the risk. For some citizens I suppose it would be a good choice... but for most empire I think the Roux-en-Y-gastric bypass make more sense - it's riskier but I believe it's a wiser choice for those who are morbidly obese.
Um...because I'm not overweight, that's why.
