Anatomy press!?

after studying antomy and physiology for a year.sandra O.B. complaints of recurring abdominal pains, usually 2 to 3 hours after drinking.additional intake seems to relieve the niggle. she finally agrees to see her doctor, who diagnoses her condition as duodenal ulcer but not bacterial infection.use your know-how of anatomy and physiology to explain the diagnosis to this patient.......Anatomy press!?
In anatomy of the digestive system, the duodenum is a hollow jointed tube connecting the stomach to the jejunum. It is the first and shortest part of a set of the small intestine. It begins next to the duodenal bulb and ends at the ligament of Treitz.
Functional or IBS.
