Right side of face unusually drooping, but cog. skills seem well-mannered.Are nearby other cognitive symptoms of a stroke or can in that a moment ago be physical symptoms?
Physical/Cognitive symptoms and signs will depend on which part of the brain is artificial.
Right sided facial droop can certainly be the sign of a stroke, even beside good cognitive skills.
However, a right sided facial droop can also be a sign of a disease affecting the right sided facial bravery (see Bell's Palsy). The way to bring up to date the difference is: if they can wrinkle their forehead it's a stroke. If their forehead is smooth when they try to raise their eyebrows, it's a Bell's Palsy type - affecting the Facial impudence. Tricky neurology underlies this.
Go to the ER presently!!
There was one woman I used to know who couldn't speak, and one side of her body was completely paralyzed. But her mind be sharp as a tack. I'm guessing she had a stroke.
