Acne Scarring?

I don't have severe acne, but I be a chronic "picker" and now enjoy the scars to prove it. I use Neutrogena Scar Repairing Masks and it seem to work alright. I know that scarring can sometimes take years to fully restore to health, but what can I do to minimize how scars look besides makeup?Acne Scarring?
nearby is a vitamin complex and cream combo that should solve this problem effectively. email me for details, have your settings allow me to reply posterior.
Pure vitamin e applied 3 times daily is certain to help that moderately a bit.
LIke mother said eat veggies and fruits lots them It works me and Demi moore and look how hot!! she is so endow with try
Make an appointment with a Dermatologist. I also own this problem and was given a prescription for a gel which I use along next to a prescription antibiotic cream - I have found the scarring is diminishing and my skin hasn't looked this good within a long time. Although OTC creams work ok - the prescription stuff is by far the best and will give you better results. (The gel is Differin and the antibiotic cream is Benzaclin)
Be sure not to touch your facade during the day as that can and will spread germs which will cause up to date breakouts. Make sure you also wash your facade at bedtime.
Good Luck.
