for the past couple of weeks, i'll randomely attain a sharp pain right underneath my gone breast. it kind of scraes me. it last a few seconds consequently goes away, it open-handed of takes my breath away somewhat. but today, i've felt it A COUPLE of times so far this morning (which usually doesnt happen) and it stretched rather bit to my shoulder blade it feels close to. im not exactly sure whats going on, so beofre i run to the ER i want to make sure it is something to be worried something like....any NURSES in here?

It may be due to spasm of the coronary artery. Variant angina is angina pectoris minor to epicardial coronary artery spasm (Prinzmetal's angina). Consult a Cardiologist.

It may be angina pectoris, a transient chest pain produced by insufficient blood flow to the heart muscle resulting surrounded by ischemia. Its pain all your own is substernal, radiating to to the neck, mouth, shoulders, back and arms, and it is usually relieved by rest. Go to your MD, formerly other symptoms like difficulty surrounded by breathing would occur.
