Any student nurses? Or if your already a nurse want to answer a press?

NCLEX RN Question...
The nurse assists the phyisican with the removal of a chest tube. During the removal of the chest tube the nurse instructs the client to:
1. Breathe out forcefully.
2. Breathe surrounded by deeply.
3. Hold his or her breath.
4. Breath typically

breathing out forcefully sounds scratchy. o___O
Have the patient inspire maximally and hold his/her breath. Initially retract the chest tubes 1/2-1 inch prior to removing them smoothly and hurriedly. Apply pressure with prepared dressings over chest tube insertion site when removing. Instruct merciful to breathe normally.
