I'm a reasonable fit 23 year old! Don't smoke, singular drink occasional! Eat reasonable athletic too ! But i've suffered for sometime now, beside whiteheads/comodones under the skin, these own sometimes lead to cysts. Blackheads are adjectives so present. Got an appointment with an NHS Dermatologist, within April. But have be considering going to a Private Clinic, and getting laser treatment (N-lite) or a Chemical Peel. Anyone had any of these done? Or recommend any suitable natural remedies? Any Creams, Washes, or Vitamin supplements you could recommend, that may abet? For some people one unusual treatment will work well, for others it won't.

A benzoyl peroxide aqueous gel (like PanOxyl), it help to stop the sebum from building up in the pores. And bio-oil is apparently fairly good for scar, but I wouldn't know.
