It could be acid reflux, drink thaw out water and/or antacids. If that help promptly. not your heart.
Push on the rib-sternum connections, if that causes like peas in a pod pain, consequently it is skeletal.

eventhough your angiogram revealed no blocks in the coronaries you could still own symptoms angina pectoris do consult your doctor please
