Robert - I don't know why people own voted negative on c_schumacher's answer, but within fact, what he say is true. While many medicine are potentially ototoxic, virtually none of the antihypertensives that we use have this adverse effect. The most commonly used classes of antihypertensives are ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor antagonists, beta adrenergic antagonists, calcium canal blockers, and diuretics. Of these, only loop diuretics (furosemide, torsemide, bumetanide and ethacrynic acid) hold the potential to cause ototoxicity. However, loop diuretics are really not apposite blood pressure medicines, so we don't usually count them as antihypertensives. The ones we DO use (the thiazide diuretics) are not really certain to cause ototoxicity. I hope you find that assiduous!
