Why so tickly?!?

Why am i much more tickly than most? I am so sensitive everywhere and it restricts my relations!Why so tickly?!?
what relations. your aunts and uncles etc

I know the fear,I only requirement to be touched slightly on tummy or back and i will hit the roof,dont know why though.Sorry.
