If the child have a rash and a 103 level fever shouldn't you be taking him or her to the doctor and asking the doctor what it is?

This is serious, and you should rush the child into the urgent prudence a.s.a.p. because it sounds like a serious chancy virus, that can lead to serious bug. Dont gamble w/a childs time when a temp is as high as 103 or more...
His temp is 103--don't verbs about other symptoms now-please call for his dr. asap, or go to the ER! That is a lofty temp for his age. His rash-might be the start of chicken pox, or something else, please, get him to the dr NOW!. Take watchfulness.

The presence of a impulsive with a hallucination is worrisome, even if the fever is reduced. Take this child to a Pediatrician ASAP.
