Yesterday when I run on the track, I have trouble breathing. What's my problem?

Yesterday was a hot sunny light of day. I was hydrated the total time... but in the middle of my workout, I started have trouble breathing. It felt approaching I had a life-size "air bubble" surrounded by my throat or something. My chest didn't hurt much, and my muscles were ok. ONLY my throat be filled near snot and I had trouble breathing. Any style to cure this/ help this?Yesterday when I run on the track, I have trouble breathing. What's my problem?
This commonly happen when doing aerobic exercise, and its not a sign of a problem unless it it occurs during competition and cause you to run slower.
If you have allergies, you may know how to reduce the mucus by taking an antihistamine, such as Claritin or Alavert. Otherwise, an expectorant such as Mucinex thins the mucus and keep it from building up to a point where it cause respiratory problems.
maybe your alleriges where on earth acting up
see a doctor.
