Will Vitamin E (from capsule) give support to moderate (recent) acne scar? or trademark it worse?

I have mild acne, but i tend to pick on my frontage. (it's a nervous entity i will try to stop now).i will visit my boyfriend contained by 3 weeks and I really need to take those scars out. I hear Vitamin E from capsule is really suitable. has anyone tried it previously? or will I get more acne?Will Vitamin E (from capsule) give support to moderate (recent) acne scar? or trademark it worse?
it won't manufacture it worse but it won't make it better any. Try using a teabag on the new acne scar it has an astringent effect that help. Also use sunblock so the scars don't bring darker!
Vitamin E grease may make you break out, but i put it on scar also.
Try tea tree oil and lavender oil. They don't have to be mixed within a base.
