Will my eyes ever achieve better??

ive been wearin eyeglasses since i was contained by 2nd grade and im sick of it!! i dont want to wear contacts any! i want my face and eyes free of everything unnatural, the passageway they were intended cept near 20/20 freakin vision!! how can i finish this without surgery??Will my eyes ever achieve better??
Unfortunately the answer is no. Errors of refraction are due to anatomic features of your eyes. For myopia and hyperopia (near and far sightedness) this is determined by down your eyeball, for astigmatism this is determined by the regularity of the curvature of the cornea. All these anatomic features are determined by your genetic make-up and short of doing LASIK, LASEK, intra-ocular lens implant, it is unlikely that they will get any better spontaneously.

w\o surgery, it's almost impossible to get better delirium without using correction (contacts, glasses). Lasik Surgery is a non invasive surgery that have a very short rescue time. a woman i work with have it done 10 years ago and is still living with faultless vision.
