Will i survive this,or is it that am too afraid?

A result shows that am having Ascites.
does it kill?
is it cureable?Ma doc.said,ma liver/kidney are functioning well,and ask me to budge for test of other effect.am afraid is all going to be all right with me.pls your information will realy help out me.thankz.Will i survive this,or is it that am too afraid?
