Will a bacterial infection travel away eventually on its own lacking an antibiotic?
No, it won't! Get on bactrim or septra. It'll take a few days, but you'll quality better.
Not usually. You may need an antibiotic.
It depends on the environment within which the bacteria is surrounded by. But in the optimal setting for microbes it won't go away w/o antibiotics.
Nope, it'll purely get worse..yeah, I niggardly it will go away but why dally when you can take anitbiotics for a week and be robust again.
