Why would he be sleepy?

My fiance called me and said he have been sleepy for almost 3 days now. He is getting plenty of sleep. please if anyone have any serious answers please respond. also he says he feel fine besides being tired.Why would he be sleepy?
He could newly be fighting past its sell-by date a virus. Sometimes the body makes you consistency very awfully tired when you are sick. But, if it continues, I would try an over the counter sleep aid, something gentle resembling Unisom, or Tylenol PM. It will help him sleep through the dark and could help him get the impression more rested for the time being I do recommend that he see his doctor as soon as possible, because the Unisom, or Tylenol PM is just acting, and he needs to be see by a physician, and explain what is going on next to him, and they will be able to back him. He may need to be in motion to a sleep clinic if it gets too impossible. Hope he feels better soon, and hope your worries subside soon too.
