You should check what ingredients are within the moisturizers you have tried. If you hold been buying at a discount store (like Wal-Mart) most adjectives of their cremes contain either mineral oil, petroleum products and/or alcohol. do you drink adequate water? at hand are so many cause for the dry skin eczema? or hormonal imbalance?too much sun bating? most probably you should wish dermatologist help
I would recommend conversation to your dr about this and see if you can achieve to a dermatologist who may be able to give a hand you find the cause of this dry skin.
Until you can achieve in to see the doctor/dermatologist, might try applying tot oil after showering while the skin is still moist. I had one and the same problem following UV therapy for a skin condition and it help a lot. It's smaller quantity expensive than lotions and seems to work better.
