But now it is again out of focus
It is better that it be before surgery but worse that it be days ago.
Why it have happen?
Is my vision going to be better later?

Always be locked and check with your doctor. In nonspecific it takes give or take a few a month to heal from cataract surgery and during that time the competence of your vision can come and go. It is not uncommon to own good and impossible vision days. What is not commonplace is a sudden decline in delirium, an overall darkening of your reverie, or pain that tend to build and is not relieved with Tylenol or other over the counter medication. Sometimes your vision become blurry because your eyes are dry. After the trauma of surgery the eye tends to be for a time extra dry until it heals. Ask your doctor what artificial tears he would recommend for use after surgery and see if that help.
